REHAU Campaign

When REHAU first contacted us, they wanted a team that could understand their vision and bring it to life. For context, REHAU is a global leader in polymer-based solutions, known worldwide for its premium quality and innovation. They were organizing a massive sports event called "Be You", which brought everyone together for a day of high-energy games like cricket, badminton, volleyball, chess, carrom, and table tennis.

We were incredibly excited but also had those classic pre-event jitters because this was a huge project for a global brand. To add to the thrill, the entire event was happening live in Mumbai, while our team was managing everything hundreds of kilometers away from our office in Nagpur.

The Creative Challenge & Remote Execution

Our first big creative challenge was designing the official logo for the "Be You" event. We wanted it to be perfect, so we brainstormed countless options and went through round after round of alterations until the final logo looked absolutely brilliant.

Once the branding was locked, the real rollercoaster began. Managing a massive event entirely through phone calls and WhatsApp messages was no easy task. We were in constant touch with the REHAU team day and night, passing drafts back and forth, making quick corrections, and even handling chaotic last-minute size changes right before the printing went live.

A Bittersweet Victory

Since we were operating out of Nagpur, we couldn’t visit the Mumbai venue to see our work in person, which felt a little bittersweet. But the moment the event wrapped up, the REHAU team called us to say that everyone absolutely loved the setup and the branding. Hearing that made every single sleepless night completely worth it.

It was an incredibly proud moment for us because we proved that physical boundaries don't limit great work. With tight coordination, trust, and a passionate team, you can successfully pull off a grand corporate event in another city without even stepping foot in it.
